FUKUOKA — Toyota Motor Kyushu Inc said Thursday it will set up a plant to make parts for hybrid cars at a cost of some 16 billion yen at an industrial park straddling Kitakyushu and the adjacent town of Kanda in Fukuoka Prefecture.
